Roger solved a problem that others at Carter Services could not fix. I had a pedestal sink with Kohler faucet valves that would not unscrew to allow the cartridge to be changed. Prior Carter plumbers must have spent 2 hours trying to get the brass fittings apart. Lived with the leaking faucet for years. Roger solved it in about 1.5 hours. I should get a credit for the past failed attempts.
